INTIMRELAX should be used with a water-based lubricant to facilitate exercises while lubricating and moisturizing the vaginal mucosa.
Vaseline, which can damage the latex of condoms or diaphragms and cause genital infection, as well as other oil-based lubricants, are absolutely contraindicated.
HOW DO I USE INTIMRELAX?
First, a small amount of water-based lubricant, about the size of a chestnut, is applied to the entrance of the vagina and gently massaged in for two to three minutes.
Next, take the smallest INTIMRELAX element. Apply an equal amount of lubricant to the tip. Then, begin applying pressure to gently and gradually insert it into the vagina. If you experience dryness, add more lubricant.
You can continue the exercise for 10 to 15 minutes with small back-and-forth movements. It is important to remember that vaginal muscle contractions are detrimental. If they occur, the exercise must be stopped.
The goal is to relax the vaginal area and to find the pleasure that comes with it. Therefore, using a very comfortable place to perform the exercises and listening to soft music is recommended.
