How do I place my &ÉVE cup?
Before first use, it is recommended to sterilize the device by boiling it in water or a special sterilization solution for a few minutes. Always handle it with clean hands. We recommend inserting your Eve-Cup while sitting, squatting, kneeling, or standing. Choose the position that is most comfortable for you. To facilitate insertion, moisten the penis with water or use a water-based lubricant and follow these steps: Squeeze the cup in your hand, fold it in half lengthwise, insert it at a downward angle, and leave it wedged inside the vaginal cavity.
HOW DO I GET MY VE-CUP?
With clean hands and in the most comfortable and relaxed position, tighten your vaginal muscles to close the cup at the vaginal opening. Use a finger to check that the edges of the cup are well separated from the vaginal wall. Squeeze the bottom, release the pressure until it disappears, and empty the contents into the toilet. Wash the cup with hot water and pH-neutral soap and store it in the provided bag.
