• Remove the protective film from the self-adhesive push-up pads.
• Apply the self-adhesive push-up pads individually to the inside of your bra cup.
• Gently press the pads to smooth the adhesive and attach it to the inside of the bra cup.

Recommendations
• Wash the adhesive part of the pads by hand with warm water and then air dry.
• After complete drying, cover with the protective film to prevent dust from settling on the adhesive parts and impairing their reusability.
